Os Guns N`Roses bateram o recorde do MySpace, ao terem, na estreia do seu álbum, 2,5 milhões de pessoas divididas por 22 países a ouvi-lo.

Este album faria tanto sentido há 13 ou 14 anos, mas agora… enfim. Não deixa de ser um grande album de hard rock, embora sem a mística que a banda tinha em finais dos anos 80 ou no início dos anos 90.

 Blue Velvet (1986) is screenwriter and maverick director David Lynch’s artistically bizarre cult film. Beneath the familiar, peaceful, ‘American-dream’ cleanliness of the daytime scenes lurks sleaziness, prostitution, unrestrained violence, and perversity – powerful and potentially-dangerous sexual forces that may be unleashed if not contained. A controversial film often criticized for its depiction of aberrant sexual behavior, the surrealistic, psychosexual film was a throwback to art films, 50s B-movies and teenage romances, film noir, and the mystery-suspense genre.
